What You Need To Know
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns are accepted except for defects or order errors. Since our apparel is custom-made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we must ensure items are in original condition.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is defective or if there was an error in your order. To qualify, the item must:
Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free of stains, odors, damage, or alterations.
Be returned in original packaging whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom-made or personalized products.
Limited-edition items marked as final sale.
Gift cards. Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
Exchanges
If you receive a wrong size, color, or item due to our error, we will gladly provide an exchange at no extra cost. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt. Provide your order number and clear photos so we can address the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
